Let's talk about your assets, sites, and data flows.
In a few steps we clarify what this is about. You don't need to know protocols or technical details up front.
You don't yet need to know a complete integration list. Unclear points can be sorted out together in the call.
What happens next
What can often be clarified before the call.
We don't yet have a clear picture. Does a call still make sense?
Yes. A core part of our work is to clarify together which sites and data flows are relevant first. It is explicitly not necessary to have a finished specification already.
Can you connect to existing systems?
Often yes, if data access, interface, and desired data points can be sensibly qualified. In the first call, we clarify whether a supported standard path, a direct integration path, or a project-specific extension fits.
How is the engagement structured, pilot, rollout, operation?
Cooperation typically starts with a clearly scoped pilot site, followed by a scaled rollout. Operation and ongoing development then run on stable platform contracts.
We want to deliver under our own brand. Is that possible?
Yes, see white-label. In the first call, we clarify brand management, tenant model, and the distribution of responsibility between you and us.
What about data protection and data sovereignty?
Sites are cleanly separated tenant-wise; the platform runs in European infrastructure. Concrete requirements, e.g. on data classes, retention, access paths, are discussed individually.
What if our case does not fit?
Then we say so openly. We prefer to assess realistic fit early rather than late, and refer to other solutions where appropriate.
